PAYMENT FAQs:
We realize that cash flow is vital to the daily operations of our carrier partners. That is why we offer several payment options:
Invoicing:
We accept invoices by fax or scanned through email. For prompt processing, don’t forget to include the BOL’s, lumper receipts and any additional documentation included with your invoice. Feel free to send your paperwork to us in either of these ways:

Advances:
We utilize EFS to advance money to our carriers up to a maximum of 50% of the load. EFS fees apply for fuel advances and quick pays.
Other Payment Options:
- Our normal terms are 30 days from your invoice date.
- 1-Day Quick Pay – We’ll issue you an EFS within 24 hours from when you deliver and once you’ve sent us a copy of the BOLs and your invoice. We charge 5% of the truck rate, plus EFS fees.
- 7-Day Quick Pay – We’ll issue you an EFS 7 days after your invoice date and receipt of your paperwork. We charge 3% of the truck rate, plus EFS fees.
- We offer Direct Deposit through ACH.
