  • Send a copy of your W-9, Insurance Certificate and a signed copy of our Broker-Carrier Agreement.

Payment FAQs:

We realize that cash flow is vital to the daily operations of our carrier partners. That is why we offer several payment options:

Invoicing:

We accept invoices by fax or scanned through email.  For prompt processing, don’t forget to include the BOL’s, lumper receipts and any additional documentation included with your invoice. Feel free to send your paperwork to us in either of these ways:

Advances:

We utilize EFS to advance funds to our carriers up to a maximum of 40% of the load. EFS fees apply for fuel advances and quick pays.

Payment Terms and Options

Standard Payment Terms
30-Day Payment: Payment will be made 30 days from your invoice date.

Quick Pay Options
1-Day Quick Pay:
We’ll issue you an EFS within 24 hours from delivery and receipt of your BOLs and invoice.
• Fee: 5% of the truck rate.

7-Day Quick Pay:
• We’ll issue you a physical check 7 days after your invoice date and receipt of your paperwork.
• Fee: 3% of the truck rate.

  • Certificate of Insurance
  • Operating Authority
  • W9
  • Notice of Assignment (if applicable)
  • Completed Carrier Agreement (PDF version available)
